This course is suitable for anyone who feels that they could improve their well-being.
What will I learn on this course?
The course will look at the effect stress has on the body and how the techniques of yoga – very gentle movement, pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation techniques and meditation, can help us manage stress and improve our wellbeing.

None – the course is suitable for complete beginners.

Additional Information (equipment etc.)
You should wear comfortable clothes. If you find sitting on the floor uncomfortable, having a cushion or a chair to hand is helpful. It will also be useful to have a blanket or towel to pad under the body when lying on the floor.
You must have access to the Internet as the course is delivered online. You should have your video turned on so the teacher can see that you are practising safely.
