Prior Knowledge

This course is suitable for anyone who wants to take a few hours to pause and slow down. No prior experience of yoga or self-care is needed. If you are not able to lie on the floor, then you can practise seated on a chair or sofa.

What will I learn on this course?

We will use accessible gentle yoga stretches, breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation to find ways to still the mind, slow the breath and calm the body. Your guide found yoga when trying to cope with stressful times in her life and became a qualified yoga and meditation teacher to share her experience with others.

Teaching Methods


Additional Information

You will need a computer with internet access, in a quiet room where you won’t be disturbed by others, plus a blanket and a cushion. You will also require a Zoom account.
